"looks nice, but a bit pricey"
i like how it looks and it does have a nice feel to it, but i’m not totally sure it’s worth the price. it’s okay overall, just feels a little expensive for what it is.

"Return process was such a pain"
I ordered from jamesoro.com the second I realized the item didn’t fit right, my first thought was, “Okay, no big deal, I’ll just exchange it.” Yeah… not that simple. The whole process ended up being way more frustrating than I expected, and I kept having to follow up just to get clear answers.

By the end of it, I was just over it. The product itself might be fine for someone else, but if you need to return or exchange anything, it turns into a headache fast. I said almost immediately I wouldn’t order from them again, and after dealing with all that, I still feel the same way.

"I don’t know, I really expected more..."
I don’t know, I really expected more for the price. The lenses started scratching way faster than they should have, and there was this weird blurry thing around the edges that kind of bothered me from the start. Maybe I just got a bad pair, but still... not great. I probably wouldn’t buy these again.

"Looked way better online"
I was disappointed when this showed up. It looked much nicer in the pictures, but in person the quality feels really cheap. I feel like I shouldn’t have to keep explaining that the issue isn’t the style, it’s that it just doesn’t feel well made.

"Uncomfortable fit and support made it worse"
I really wanted to like these because they looked decent, but they just didn’t fit my face right at all. They felt tight on the sides and started feeling kind of heavy after wearing them for a little while. Comfort-wise, they were just not good for me. I reached out to support and came away feeling like they were blaming me for the fit issue, which was frustrating.

"Cluttered site and the usual canned apology"
I tried using the site and it just felt messy and outdated. There’s too much happening on the pages, the fonts don’t really go together, and browsing products on my phone was annoying. I ended up leaving quickly because it didn’t feel clean or easy to use. And if they respond with one of those canned “sorry for the inconvenience” apologies, that’s not really helpful, I’d rather they just fix the site.

"I had a frustrating experience with their..."
I had a frustrating experience with their customer service. I reached out with what I thought was a simple question about my order, but the replies were slow and didn’t really answer anything.

Once I had paid, it felt like they stopped caring. I kept getting passed around with no clear update, no apology, and nothing helpful. It left me not trusting them at all, and I wouldn’t order from them again.
